While in sheriff’s custody at the Lost Hills, sheriff’s station, Mr. Smith is said to have damaged a telephone in the holding cell and caused over $950 damage. Sometimes those payphones getting really frustrating. Now Smith is facing felony vandalism charges in addition to the two drug possession counts. He is scheduled to appear in court in Van Nuys, Department 100 on Tuesday of this week. At least Lil Za can enjoy the Superbowl before he has to see the judge.

Smith could face jail time, fines, and even a driver’s license suspension if convicted of these charges.
