4 naked protesters were arrested this weekend in San Francisco after they failed to comply with police orders and put their clothing back on. That’s right, naked during the winter in San Francisco. I think their movement may get more support in San Diego, but what do I know.
In any event, the Huffington Post reports that three men and one woman were arrested in the buff after the police gave them fair warning to dress themselves and they refused. One man was report to have been wearing a mesh thong and the other three were totally nude.
Personally, I don’t care if they want to walk around in the buff, just so long as they adhere to some practical rules, like at the gym: put a towel down before sitting down; wipe up sweat (or other droppings) after getting up; no nudity in restaurants or grocery stores.
Good luck in changing the public nudity laws. If you or someone you care about has been arrested or charged with a crime, call me: Jeffrey Vallens (818) 783-5700 or (888) 764-4340 or email at: vallenslaw@yahoo.com or visit my sites:
